This is not a hotel. Please Treat the apartment with love and respect. -Be advised that my family as well as other tenants and guests could be on the premises in the other apartments. If a problem does arise please let us know and we will do our best to resolve and take action as soon as possible. -Keep in mind that we live in a large municipality and not a residential suburb. There can be noises such as cars, sirens, dogs, etc that may or can be heard from the unit. Our Block, neighborhood and city is calm and amazing. **Please check for Street Parking Sweeper times if you are street parking to avoid possible fines. ** **Please make sure to get a Visitors Parking Permit if you are street parking. Especially if you are street parking overnight to avoid fines.** -Small Pets are allowed. No pets allowed on any of the beds. Pets have to be potty trained and house broken. Please pick up after your pet!

North Bergen is a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. It is completely diverse with people from diferent backgrounds and nationalities. North Bergen is just but minutes away from New York City with multiple options of public transportation either through George Washington Bridge, Lincoln Tunnel, or Holland Tunnel Entrances. North Bergen has a large public park called the Braddock Park. Named after North Bergen-born World Heavyweight Boxing Champion (from Hollywood hit, “Cinderella Man”), this 167-acre park boasts an arboretum, nature trails, a dog run, picnic areas, sports fields, and the renowned local attraction: Woodcliff Lake. The Braddock Park is located less than 5 minutes away by car. There is also beautiful million dollar scenic skyline view of New York City through boulevard east street also less than 5 minutes away.

Feel free to use any of the streaming services as much as you like. -Check in: With our smart lock you will receive a message once booked from August Yale with a link to download the App. Once downloaded you will have access to your apartment via internet or bluetooth through the app. If you are still stuck we do provide you with a 4 digit pin for a lockbox that has a traditional key to enter the apartment. -Street Parking: Street Parking can be tricky and is first come first serve. So we recommend once parking not move the vehicle unless there is street sweeping. This municipality requires a visitor parking permit for anyone who does not have a residential parking permit. Visitor Parking Permit may be obtained 24/7 for $10. Failure to get a visitor parking permit could result in a fine.
